The annual Teton Shadows Homeowners’ Association meeting is scheduled for July 15, 2025 at 10:00AM mountain time. The meeting will be held over Zoom. Formal announcements will be sent closer to the meeting date.
Reminders
Be Wildlife Aware At All Times – Moose, Deer, Bear, Mountain Lions, Bison and many others can be found by Teton Shadows.
To report a false alarm should a smoke detector go off in your unit please call Grand Teton Property Management at (307) 733-0205.
Property Manager
Grand Teton Property Management has been hired by the HOA to be the property manager for Teton Shadows HOA. Grand Teton Property Management will schedule all maintenance needs. Grand Teton Property Management also handles all accounting items and can also be contacted if a certificate of insurance on Teton Shadows is requested by your mortgage company.
