Grand Teton Property Management has been hired by the HOA to be the property manager for Teton Shadows HOA. Grand Teton Property Management will schedule all maintenance needs. Grand Teton Property Management also handles all accounting items and can also be contacted if a certificate of insurance on Teton Shadows is requested by your mortgage company.
Grand Teton Property Management can be reached at the office phone number (307) 733-0205. This is the only phone number to call. Grand Teton Property Management is located at 610 W. Broadway, Suite 203, in the Centennial Building. Office hours are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. The office is closed for lunch every day between 12:30pm and 1:30pm. In case of after hours or holiday emergency, please call the GTPM office at (307)733-0205 and press 0. You will be connected to their live emergency answering service. The operator will then connect you to the person on call.
